Frequently asked questions
Is sending an inquiry a booking?
No. Sending a request doesn't book the tour. Jesus checks his availability and confirms the details and price with you by WhatsApp or email. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Jesus replies within 1 hour, from 7 am to 7 pm (Costa Rica time). Messages sent at night are answered the next morning.
How much does a tour cost?
Price on request. Jesus sends the price for your group with your tour proposal.
What do the tours include?
Every tour includes pickup, private transportation and your guide. Entrance fees, meals and snacks vary by tour: each tour page lists what's included.
Who will be our guide?
Jesus guides your tour himself. If he isn't available on your date, he may suggest another guide he trusts. He'll tell you who before anything is confirmed, and it only goes ahead if you agree.
What should I pack, and what should I leave at home?
Pack these: Biodegradable sunscreen, insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes (sneakers or hiking boots), a light rain jacket or poncho, and a reusable water bottle. A change of clothes is always smart, since weather in Costa Rica shifts fast.
Leave these behind: Heavy fabrics like jeans, jewelry or high-value items, and single-use plastics. Please don't feed wildlife or take shells or coral from the sea. We're guests in their home.
Not sure which tour fits?
Send me a message, no strings attached. Tell me your idea and let's create an unforgettable day in Costa Rica.
